MODERN FEATURES STYLE AFRICAN STYLE TRADITIONAL STYLE
The modern building system has no roof trusses, just an IBR insulated panel roof with beams or common walls to create the double pitch, thereby creating more volume inside the building. The chromadek cobble pattern lasts approximately 12 years and it can be repainted. The main feature of the African range is the mono slope roof. The roof slopes are a standard 7 deg. This building style is for smaller buildings but can include general accommodation, schools and general necessities. The IBR roof panel provides up to a 7m long spans with no support. The Traditional style housing system has lightweight trusses. This type of building system can be used for very large building structures. This style is a very effective insulated structure but take longer than the African Housing style to install, due to the trusses.

PARKHOMES FLAT PACK CONTAINER HOUSES STEEL STRUCTURE BUILDINGS
Our Parkhomes are pre-manufactured, assembled and commissioned in our factory. They  have a very strong chassis system that allows the park homes to be loaded on trucks and offloaded on site again. Our size ranges from a 6m to 12m lengths and 3m to 3.4m wide. The flat pack system has been created to save on transport cost. Four flat pack container houses can be loaded on top of each other. A Crane or forklift is required on site to off load the containers. Each flat pack container takes approximately 5 hours to erect and commission. Steel structure buildings are incorporated on larger buildings like Canteens, churches, office blocks, executive houses and factories. All steel structures are made of high quality steel, painted in the factory, and signed off by an engineer. We use a variety of insulated panels on our structures.
